On 26-27 June 2021 (Saturday and Sunday), 64th Festival of Sport (FOS) - Open Dinghy Regatta was successfully held at Hebe Haven Yacht Club.

There were 5 competition classes in the competition, including Laser Radial, Laser 4.7, Optimist, Open Dinghy Division I and Open Dinghy Division II, with around 90 players joining this event.
