On 13 June 2021 (Sunday), 64th Festival of Sport (FOS) - Track Cycling Race was successfully held at Hong Kong Velodrome.

There were 3 event categories, including 3km individual time trial (Men), 2km individual time trial (Women) and 250 Flying (Men and Women), with over 50 players joining this competition.
